Date of Dunbar appeal set

Pauline Hendry of the Department of Environmental and Planning Appeals has made the following announcement regarding future procedures for  Viridor's appeal against refusal of planning consent:

The reporter is in the process of writing up a note of the outcomes of the pre-examination meeting. This will be issued in the very near future and will provide all the necessary information regarding next steps and procedures to be followed. At this moment, I
can advise that the dates of the inquiry have been agreed, and are Tuesday 21 until Friday 24 September, with a possibility of Monday 27 and Tuesday 28 September being used if  the inquiry runs on. A venue has not yet been booked, but will be done very shortly.  We hope we will be able to notify you of all the arrangements at the time of issuing the note of the meeting.
