Dear All – Please forward as appropriate:
As expected, the Appeal against the council’s decision regarding the incinerator has now been lodged with the Directorate of Planning & Environmental Appeals. No ‘grounds’ for appeal on the website yet, should be posted on website by tomorrow - http://www.dpea.scotland.gov.uk/CaseDetails.aspx?id=qJ12238
The case number is PPA 320 2011, you can also do a search by council area to find the details. The DPEA has forwarded notification to the council (click here) and to Simon Howie's solicitors (click here).
